What we collect

Your name, contact details, training goals, workout logs, food diary, body measurements, progress photos and check-in answers. Your coach sets up your account; there is no public sign-up.

Who can see it

Only you and your coach. Other clients can never see your information. Your coach can keep private notes that are not shown to you.

Video calls and Google

If your coach uses Google Meet, each call is added to your coach's Google Calendar with its time, type, agenda and your name. When your coach ticks “Send Google Calendar invite to client” (on by default), your email address is also shared with Google, and Google emails you the invite and any changes or cancellations. Google handles that information under its own privacy policy. If your coach unticks it, your email isn't sent to Google and you see the call only in this app. Calls with your coach's own video link (for example Zoom) open that service when you press Join.

Your choices

You can ask your coach for a copy of your data or to delete your account and all of your files.
